Re: Water heater installation at 621 Locust St.
Dear Mr. Britt, ,
We have received a copy of a letter from Chris Manley, of the Larimer County
Health Department, pertaining to construction at the above noted business.
We would like to make you aware that the water heater that the Health
Department noted was installed but never inspected for compliant installation.
Our records show that Allen Plumbing and Heating applied for a permit
(130600701) but failed to have it inspected. The permit has since expired and it
will have to be reinitiated and inspected to satisfy approved use.
We have also contacted the Health Department about this concern and
encourage you to satisfyapproved installation of the business' water heater.
