You are hereby notified that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2003 International Residential Code Section R105.1 regarding the construction of an
overhead arbor structure -on the east side of the house at the above referenced address
without a permit, in place prior to the work commencing and Section RI 14.1 continuing
work after a Stop Work Order had been issued. To date there is still no permit for the
structure and an application for a permit has been aliowed to expire,

These Code violations shall be corrected by:
If you .cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise .
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of S1000.00 per
dayper violation
Be .advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification
