good and valuable consideration. in hand paid, hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to Home
State Bank whose address is 935 N. Cleveland Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537 ("Grantee'), the real

I. This Deed is an absolute conveyance, Grantor having sold the Property to Grantee for
a fair and adequate consideration.
2. Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made between Grantor and
Orantec with respect to the Property.
