Dear Greg:
On March 2, 2006, we visually observed the steel reinforcement in the wall forms for the
residence under construction at the above referenced site. The reinforcement appears to be in general
conformance with the foundation plan by CDS Engineering Corporation, Project No. 05-3969, dated
December 9, 2005.

On February 28, 2006, we visually observed the footing forms for the residence under
construction at the above referenced site. The footing sizes, required reinforcement, and void material
appear to be in general conformance with the foundation plan by CDS Engineering Corporation, Project
No. 05-3969, dated December 9, 2005.
