On November 20 and 21, 2001, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings
and foundation wall reinforcing for the 4-Plex under construction at the referenced site.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the footing sizes, void form placement, and
foundation wall steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered
foundation plan for the project.
