A representative of Terracon observed the perimeter drain construction at the referenced site on
October 22, 2001. A four -inch diameter perforated PVC pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation. The drainage pipe exhibited positive drainage toward the
sump located within the basement area. Maximum '/-1-1/2 inch washed aggregate was observed
above the pipe.
In our opinion the exterior perimeter drain was constructed in general accordance with the plans
and specifications for this project.
