We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 124, Gates 4th, (4227 Applegate Court). a subdivision of Fort Collins. Colorado.
This observation was performed on July 3, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 4726-02-52-01.
