We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lots 35 & 36, Storybook Patio Homes, (2145 Chesapeake Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on August 30, 2001.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan,
Job No. 1113-08-19-01.
