Gentlemen:
On September 20, 2001, a representative of Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc. visually observed the
perimeter drain system for the new residence under construction at Lot 183, Registry Ridge,
(1215 Intrepid Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
We observed that the completed drain system consisted of perforated rigid PVC pipe surrounded
by gravel overlying a plastic liner, set outside of the foundation walls. The drain appeared to be
located below the top of the caisson level and is to discharge to an interior sump pit.
In addition we observed that the void forms for the foundation walls were intact.
As a result of our observations, it is our opinion that the drainage system was in general
conformance with the plans and specifications. If you have any questions about our observations
