The foundation walls have been damppmofed in accordance to the requirements outlined in
Section 1833.1 through sections 1833.3 in the 1997 UBC code book. In addition to this the subsoil
drainage system has been installed to meet the requirements as specified in sections 1834.1 through
1834.4 of the UBC code book.
