GENERAL RELEASE
We, Douglas Leidholt and Patti Leidholt, husband and wife residing a 3S 'Fort Collins, Collins, Colorado 80526, in consideration of the payment of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00), in hand paid, hereby fully release Edmund R. Seier, Seier Construction Company,
Inc., and Joseph Shrader from all claims for property damage or personal injury, of any kind
whatsoever, which we may now have or may hereafter acquire, relating to and having anything
to do with the development of Cobblestone Corners P.U.D. in Fort Collins, Colorado.
