Addition to Vanworks
Ladies and,Gentlemen:
Please find enclosed plans for an addition to the Vanworks at 360
Jefferson Street. ' These were approved by myself and the Fort
Collins Building Department for construction last year.,
The owner of the ,building has also decided to construct an
identical 'addition to the building located at 400 Jefferson {-
street. Inspection of the site and review of the plans reveals c
that the plans as drawn are quite adequate and appropriate for
the new construction.
Should you have any questions or desire further information,
please do not hesitate to contact us. We trust this fulfills
