SUBJECT: Building Permit
ATTN: Mr. Felix Lee
I was notified this morning by Elmer, that our building permit
for the above referenced project would not be ready until
approximately May 18, 1983. The plan check number of this
project is L-45.
I notified you in the afternoon, that we were ready to start
steel work in the A.M. on May 16, 1983, or this project would
be delayed. You told me we could proceed at our own risk but
that you would make no inspections until we had the permit.
We have chosen to do this.
