Dear Mr. Judson:
please be advised that you are required to have rest -room facilities for
both saxes.at the top floor of the establishment. A -minimum of two toilets
and a lavatory are required in the ladies restwroom. A minimum of one toilet
and';anp urinal and ons.lavatory, are required in the men's rest=room. The
regairements of all toilet facilities on.the same floor is the Coffee Roo
is both for ease -of access to esiployeas, and for theconvenience and safety
of the patrons..
The above noted regnirements have been communicated previously to Mr. Davidson
and Mr. Magerfleisch. Please submit plans to this office of your earliest
convenience.
Ife must ask that you furnish rest -room facilities which"are approved by this
department, or find.a different ass for the building-
