This is to certify that on the 21st day of March, 972, a survey was completed under my
supervision of a tract of land situate in the Southeast '„ of the Northeast '; of Section 10,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Gth P.M., Lar.imer County, Colorado. Considering the
Suut line of the Mountain View Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado as bearing
(vest and with all. bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point on the Southerly line of Juniper Street which bears N 00' 19' W
223.93 feet and again West 1.711.12 feet from the Southeast Block corner of Block 2 of the said
Mountain View Addition , said point also hears N 001 19' W 253.93 feet and again West 175.12
feet from the Southeast corner of the said Northeast '•,. thence S 00' 38' E 123.93 feet: thence
West 75.00 feet to the West line of Lot 15, Block 2 of the said Mountain View Addition: thence
along said West line, N 00' 38' W 134.58 feet to the Southerly l.i.ne of ,Juniper Court: thence
