SUBJECT: Inspection at 1115 Juniper Court
On Friday, December 15, 1972 I had another call from Leonard Krug
of the Kiefer Concrete Company. He indicated that on December 13, 1972
Gordon Clyde sent a letter to Mr. Wendland giving him permission on a temporary
occupancy basis to use the building at 1115 Juniper Court. However, it was
stated that they would not be able to get a final certificate of occupancy until
the question of the foundation and footing inspection was approved. I thought,
this entire matter had been resolved. It would be appreciated if you would get
the file together and discuss this matter with me as soon as possible.
