On May 23 & 26, 2000 Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel at
the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing sizes and foundation wall
steel were in substantial accordance with the revised plans for the project by Weeks &
Associates, Inc., Project No. 99137 dated May 17, 2000.
