On this date I completed a blower door test at the completion of this construction. The blower door test results
showed an air infiltration level of .33 air changes per hour. At the time of the from plans rating the rater assumed
an air infiltration level of .5 air changes per hour. The score, which passed from plans, is even higher with the
lower loss from air infiltration. Accordingly, the rater has no objection to the issuance of the certificate of
occupancy for energy code reasons.
