September 15, 2000 Abbco 2100 Whitewood Drive Fort Collins; Colorado 80525 Project No: 1526-17-40-03 Gentlemen: consulting engineers We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 68, Timber Creek Subdivision, (5000 Sawhill Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on September 13, 2000. It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1526-17-40-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
