Recently this office was questioned about permit issuance for construction beina
performed at the above referenced address. Our records do not indicate any permits
issued for the work in question.
Often times the public is not aware building permits are required by the Uniform
Building Code as adopted by the City of Fort Collins.

Inspections office to determine whether a permit is required.
