Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 23, Fox Hills 2nd Filing (4408 Red Fox Road), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on March 10, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No.1181-23-01-01.
