Box 503 Fort Collins, Colorado 80521-0503 (970)-484-0359- Fax: (970) 484-0454 Terracon observed the perimeter drain construction at the referenced site on October 20, 2000. A four -inch diameter perforated PVC pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation. The drainage pipe appeared to exhibit positive drainage toward the sump located within the basement area. We also observed 11/2 - 3/4 inch washed gravel placed above and below the pipe. In our opinion the exterior perimeter drain was constructed in general accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.
