Dear Mike,
It has come to the attention of Richmond Homes that our field engineer at 3909 Yosemite
Court, Woodland Park Estates, did not complete a drain and damp -proofing inspection.
After discussing this issue with a field representative from R and M Drains and our site
superintendent, we have concluded that the damp -proofing and sub -surface drain system
was installed in accordance to the specifications approved by Weintraub Engineering.
