1, SOULEE STROUD, of 321 East Mulberry, City of Fort Collins,
State of Colorado, do hereby appoint and authorize Thomas P. Rahn,
of Fort Collins, Colorado, to act in my behalf for.the purpose of
executing, signing and obtaining in my name, a building permit
from the City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado, and to do and
perform any other acts necessary for the accomplishment and at-
tainmerit of the above purposes as I could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming the above acts specifically
authorized.
