This letter is to notify you, that the above referenced basement finish permit has expired
without final City approval. In accordance with the Uniform Building Code Section 109.1
as adopted by the -City, it -is -unlawful to use or occupy this basement for any use, other
than storage. This permit is being filed as incomplete and the record will show that the
basement is considered unfinished. A new permit will be required should you wish to
complete the project and occupy this space. Any future permits will require that the
basement comply with the codes in adoption at that time.
This permit number and project are considered closed.
