Gentlemen
On June 20 and 27, 2000 a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings and
foundation wall reinforcing for the residence under construction at the referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes and foundation wall steel
reinforcement was in substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project
by Terracon.
