Dear Wendy:
The Fullana Learning Center at 220 N. Grant in Fort Collins is located in the NCM
(neighborhood conservation medium density) zoning district. Child Care Centers and
schools are permitted uses in the NCM zone. Therefore, your proposed Early Head
Start Program to be conducted from 220 N. Grant Street is an approved use and
complies with the applicable City of Fort Collins Land Use Code regulations.
