Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lots 37 & 38, Storybook, (2151 & 2157 Chesapeake Drive), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on May 4, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1113-08-08-01.
