Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 8, Shenandoah, (7221 Egyptian), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on July 27, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP's foundation
plan, plan No. 4029.
