Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 83, Overlook 4t°, (2009 Lookout Lane), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on August 18, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan,
Job No. 1092-75-14-01.
