Mr. Cottier,
As requested by you and required by the Fort Collins Budding Department, Plaza
Engineering Consultants, Inc. conducted various inspections during the construction of the
ruferencedprgJect. We previously submitted field -reports -on -the inspection of %all footing&and
foundation walls prior to the placement of concrete. We found the construction ofthe foundation
to be in accordance with the foundation plan prepared by our office.
In addition to the foundation inspections, we observed the construction of the CMU wall
at various stages, including bond beam and lintel construction. We also observed the placement
of the structural steel members, along with the roof purlins and roof deck. Based on our
observations, it appears these structural elements were placed in accordance with the framing
plans prepared by our office.
