Completion of:Fire Escape:.
Dear Mike:
As you know, 1-have hired. JVA, incorporated. to design the fire escape
emprgency egress'for my building at 105-115'South College.Avenue. This
egress will also servE,.the adjoining building which I own at 103405 West
Mountain Avenue. Aoconilr to project'engineer Blake Larson, with JVA,.the final
designfor,this fire escape should be done by.pebruary 2nd, 2001. 1 will be out -of
town from February 3rd through the 11th, and would like to review the final
ehglrreering before. k is presented to you.
1 will .contact you upon, my. return, at which. time, I 'e"ct tohave a time frame for
completing this fire esoape...ln the'rneantime, ,and through the cooperation of the
tenants, both bulkiings co1>finue to have two points of egress and no .safety
concerns are. being compromised.,
