Completion of Fire Escape
Dear Mike. -
As you know, I have hired,JVA, incorporated to design, the:hre escape
emergency egress for my building at 105-115 South .College, Avenue. This
egress will also serve the'a*rdng building which I own.at 1o3-105 west
Mountain Avenue. According to project engineer Blake Larson with JVA,.the final
design -for this fire escape should be done by February 2nd, 2001. 1 will be out of
town from February..3rd through the 11th,.and would like to review the final
engineering before it Is presented to you.
I will contact you upon my return, at which'time: J expect to have a time frame for
completing this Are escape:, In the,meantime, and through the cooperation of.the
tenants, both buildings continue to have two points of egress and no safety
concerns are tieing eofnpromi;ed.
I am anxious to complete these remodeling projects and.appreciate your
patience.with regard to this final item. .
