I would like to confirm some of the things we talked about yesterday during
our telephone conversation.
1. We have to stick with the ramp between Buildings E and F to provide
proper exiting. We cannot use stairs because of occupancy considera-
tions.
2. It is okay with you if we locate restaurant grease traps inside the
buildings. You suggested that we contact someone at the Health Depart-
ment and figure out their thoughts on this matter. We will keep you
posted on what we find out.
3. You indicated that in order to facilitate tenant finish. even after we
get our temporary certificate of occupancy for the historical buildings,
it would be okay to leave out a panel of sheet rock to provide easier
access to crawl spaces above the ceilings. This would be for a limited
time period and the panels would be replaced and an access door in-
stalled before the permanent occupancy permit was granted. Tim Rubley
should talk to the Building Inspection Department concerning this
matter.
