The construction work identified in the building permit indicated above was completed prior to issuing
such permit and/or was completed without required inspections during construction. City of Fort Collins
Building inspection staff performed a final- inspection after the- project was- completed, making the best -
assessment possible through observable conditions and available nondestructive methods described below.
The Citv of Fort Collins cannot verify full and total compliance with City building codes for any work that is
concealed by permanent construction and finish coverings. However, the above project appears to be func-
tional and generally in compliance with the safety provisions of City of Fort Collins building codes for
occupancy or use under the conditions noted herein.
