On February 27, 1974 I made an inspection at
917 Remington per request from John Powers. The
house at this address is now vacant.
The following list of deficiencies is not
meant to be all inclusive.
1. Front porch roof pulling away from building
due to settlement of concrete slab that is the base
for roof supports.
2. Inadequate electrical system.
3. Inadequate plumbing system, specifically
the lack of venting, and illegal traps.
4. Hot water boiler is burned out (rusted
through).
5. Floor system unstable.
6. Water heaters vented improperly, and not
equipped with temperature relief valves.
7. Headroom on stairways do not have required
headroom.
