Fort Collins, Colo. 80525 Re: 917 E. Prospect Road Fort Collins, Colo. 80525 Dear Mr. Trujillo, Thank you for taping the time to show me through the above referenced property. Our files indicate that permits were obtained for the construction of the pole barn #0912203, electric to the barn #0912701, and gas to the barn #0913319. My inspection today was to satisfy the question of approved use of the pole barn. The entire lower level is a finished shop for the storage of private vehicles. The upper level is finished with a wet bar and recreation room. No cooking equipment is installed. You have informed me that this structure is used for your personnel use and has not, nor will be used for a rental housing unit. Based on our conversation and my inspection, I find no violation to the Building Code, and can find no bases to pursue any complaint as it relates to the Housing Codes.
