Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 10,
Scenic View, (850 S. Overland Trail), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation
was performed on February 12, 1999.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 2154-16-02-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
