We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 4, Scenic View, (850 S. Overland Trail), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on September'), 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
2154-16-02-01.
