Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 5, Scenic View, (850 S. Overland), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on August 25, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
2154-16-02-01.
