Gentlemen:
On February 16 and 21, 2001, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed the footings
and foundation wall reinforcing for the residence under construction at the referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the footing sizes, void form placement and
fGlindatiGn- wall- steel- reinforcement are in- 3iibstantla^I- accordance wltii- tiie- engineered -
foundation plan by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 20410.
