When requested, an EEC representative observed the placement of post -tensioning cables for
buildings 7, 8, 9, 10 and the clubhouse. Based on observations made in the field, it is our
opinion the tendons for the post -tensioned slabs were in general compliance with the plans and
specifications for the referenced project.
