When requested, an EEC representative observed the placement of post -tensioning cables for
buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Based on observations made in the field, it is our opinion the
tendons for the post -tensioned slabs were in general compliance with the plans and specifications
for the referenced project.
