As requested, on February 17, 2000, a project engineer from Earth Engineering Consultants, Inc.
(EEC) observed the lateral bracing for Buildings 1, 2 and the Clubhouse for the above -referenced
project. On that trip, EEC personnel observed the shear wall anchor placement and shear wall
straps and clips. The results of those observations are provided with this report. ,
On February 17, 2000, an EEC project engineer observed the placement of the shear wall anchors
at-Buildings-1 -2-and the Clubhouse. Those anchors -were placed in general conformance-witlrthe-
lateral bracing plans. Also on January 17, 2000, an EEC project engineer observed the exterior
straps and interior clips for the above -referenced project. The type and location of the clips and
straps appeared to be in general conformance with the lateral bracing and framing plans.
