CONSULTANTS, INC.
As requested, on February 17, 2000, a project engineer from Earth Engineering Consultants, Inc.
(EEC) observed the lateral bracing for Buildings 1, 2 and the Clubhouse for the above -referenced
project. On that trip, EEC personnel observed the shear wall anchor placement and shear wall
straps and clips. The results of those observations are provided with this report.
On February 17, 2000, an EEC project engineer observed the placement of the shear wall anchors
at Buildings 1, 2 and the Clubhouse. Those anchors were placed in general conformance with the
lateral bracing plans. Also on January 17, 2000, an EEC project engineer observed the exterior
straps and interior clips for the above -referenced project. The type and location of the clips and
straps appeared to be in general conformance with the lateral bracing and framing plans.
