Over the period from February 21 duou$h April 24, 2000, Earth Engwu ng
Coasultants, Iac. (EEC) peasonuel completed obeavaboas of the lateral bracing =dxns,
straps, ad plywood shearwatl nailing for the refaea+ted project At the final obeervation
date for each of the buildings, all lateral bracing hardware appeared to have bees placed
m general accordance with the construction pleas. Individual legs for each of the
referenced buildings will be provided at a later date.
