Subject: Observation of the Structural Floor System for a Structure at 808 Napa Valley Drive, Lot 22,
Miramount Valley Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
Reference: Foundation Design for Subject Site, by Moy-Nassar Associates, Job No. 96191,Model No. 143
An observation was made of the basement structural floor system at the subject site on the referenced date. PSI
observed portions of the following items: the presence of the beam weld, the plumb of monoposts, the presence
of fasteners at the attachment of the joist to the wall, and the air space below the wood flooring. The portions
of the structural floor system observed were in general accordance with the above referenced plans.
