The plans submitted for your home on lot 34 at Greenstone have
been reviewed and the Greenstone Architecture Review Board has
approved your request for the variance to the 10, minimum
setback. The home may be placed, as shown on the submitted
plans, with a minimum 5, setback on the side adjacent to the
greenbelt common area.
