Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the residence
under construction at Lot 34, Greenstone, (7324 Streamside), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on August 20, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
1928-10-04-01.
