We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 22, Coventry, (731 Stoddard Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on November 20, 1998.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in substantial conformance with KLP foundation plan,
